We know choosing where to eat is about more than great flavor—it's about trust.
Our bakery is dedicated to creating delicious gluten-free food in an environment designed for those who need to avoid gluten. Our food is also free of artificial additives and preservatives. We do not use artificial food dyes in any bakery case items and, with the exception of select dairy-free offerings, we do not bake or cook with seed oils.
